Empowering Communities Through Culture

Projexel Foundation is a socio-cultural non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Guwahati, Assam, India. Established in 2018 and formally registered as a Section 8 company on December 30, 2020, the foundation is dedicated to fostering positive social change and instilling good social values among youth and the broader public through active involvement in literary and cultural activities.

Our Vision

We envision a society characterized by happiness and prosperity, achieved through our active participation in social welfare, economic development, cultural enrichment, and spiritual growth. At the heart of our approach lies the thoughtful organization and sensitization of communities, creating pathways for meaningful empowerment, capacity building, and social transformation. Through this vision, we strive to nurture environments where individuals can thrive holistically, communities can support one another, and societal structures evolve to become more inclusive, equitable, and sustainable for generations to come.

The Projexel Foundation is dedicated to fostering socio-economic development and positive social transformation through strategic interventions in multiple domains. We focus our energies on advancing art and culture, enhancing children's education, improving health and medical facilities, developing essential skills, empowering women, and promoting literary and cultural activities. Our comprehensive approach addresses diverse areas including healthcare, rural development, education and training, community building, youth engagement, mental health services, environmental conservation, and cultural preservation, all working in harmony to create lasting impact in the communities we serve.

Our Mission

Community Projects

Empowering communities through socio-cultural initiatives and programs.

Ananda Pathsala

Ananda Pathsala embodies Projexel Foundation's dedication to educational equity, focusing specifically on children from marginalized communities who need additional support to bridge learning gaps. This transformative program works with children aged 3-16 years, fostering critical thinking skills while nurturing natural curiosity through age-appropriate learning exercises that emphasize both intellectual and socio-emotional development. By integrating multilingual approaches, artistic expression, cultural heritage appreciation, and scientific teaching methodologies, Ananda Pathsala creates enriching learning environments where children can thrive holistically, developing the foundational skills needed to become confident, engaged members of society.

Train & Gain

Train & Gain represents Projexel Foundation's commitment to technological empowerment and economic self-sufficiency in an increasingly digital world. Since its inception in September 2019, this comprehensive computer training initiative has equipped participants with essential basic and advanced digital skills through specialized courses lasting 3-12 months, culminating in professional certification. The program's effectiveness is demonstrated by its impressive placement record, having successfully trained over 2000 students who have secured positions as data entry operators, accounts assistants, receptionists, call memo coordinators, and back office executives. Through Train & Gain, Projexel Foundation creates tangible pathways to employment, helping individuals transform their lives through practical technological education and career development support.

BNU Festival

The Bhartiya Nritya Utsav (BNU) Festival was launched in 2019 as a unique initiative to promote Indian Classical Dances and Music. It stands as India’s only festival of its kind that brings together all dance styles — from classical, tribal, folk, and martial arts to western and oriental forms — onto a single, multi-city platform. The festival provides a prestigious stage for both professional and young talents in the fields of dance and music, fostering artistic exchange and appreciation across genres.

The BNU Festival, Season 2 (Agartala Chapter), was successfully held on 6th April 2025 at the Rabindra Shatabarshiki Bhawan in Agartala, showcasing vibrant performances and remarkable talents.

The 9th Edition of the BNU Festival is coming soon and will be held in Guwahati, promising to be an even grander celebration of cultural diversity and artistic excellence.

Utkarsh Festival

The Utkarsh Festival, organized by the Projexel Foundation, is a vibrant celebration aimed at promoting and preserving the diverse cultural heritage of India. This festival brings together artists, scholars, and enthusiasts from various backgrounds to showcase the rich tapestry of Indian traditions through performances, workshops, and exhibitions.

The festival has been celebrated in multiple editions, with each iteration highlighting different aspects of India's cultural diversity. For instance, the second edition of the festival, known as Folklore Bharat, was organized in collaboration with the District Transport Office (DTO), emphasizing the importance of folk traditions in the national cultural landscape.

In its third edition, the Utkarsh Festival continued to celebrate the vibrancy of Indian culture, featuring a range of performances and activities that engaged the community and fostered a deeper appreciation for the nation's artistic heritage.

Looking ahead, the upcoming Utkarsh Fest 2025 promises to be an electrifying fusion of culture, technology, and sports, offering thrilling competitions and events that cater to a wide audience.
