Vriddha is a compassionate elderly care initiative launched by Projexel Foundation, committed to supporting the senior citizens of Assam, including those who are temporarily residing in other states across India for employment, medical reasons, or personal circumstances.

Through Vriddha, we ensure that the elderly are not just cared for—but cared about—with warmth, dignity, and trained professional assistance.

What We Do

Projexel Foundation deploys on-roll employees to the homes of clients who require full-time or part-time elderly care support. These caregivers are trained in elder care services, including assistance with daily activities, companionship, medication reminders, and emergency support.

Every care placement is made only after a rigorous screening process to ensure the safety of both our employees and the elderly persons we serve.

How It Works

To avail of Vriddha’s services, clients are required to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Projexel Foundation. This legal document outlines the roles, responsibilities, terms, and conditions of the service engagement.

Safety First – Our Core Principle

At Vriddha, the safety and security of our caregivers is non-negotiable. As part of our onboarding process, clients must provide the following:

• Valid identity and address proof

• Photographs and a short video tour of the home where the employee will work

• Photos and video of the room where the caregiver will stay (if applicable)

• Detailed medical and physical condition of the elderly individual to be cared for

• List of household residents with their names and daily occupancy

• Any other relevant documents deemed necessary for assessment

Projexel Foundation reserves the right to conduct a preliminary visit to the location—either through our own staff or trusted third-party partners. We may also seek assistance from local administrative and police authorities to ensure the premises is safe for our personnel.
