Refund Policy

Projexel Foundation deeply values the trust and support of its donors, partners, and event participants. As a non-profit organization, we operate with transparency and integrity. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered.

1. Donations

• All donations made to Projexel Foundation are non-refundable.

• Once a donation has been made online, through bank transfer, or by any other means, it cannot be refunded, returned, or cancelled, unless there was a technical or transactional error.

Exceptions:

A refund may be issued only under the following rare circumstances:

• Donation was made by mistake or in an incorrect amount.

• Duplicate donation due to a technical error (e.g., multiple clicks or processing failure).

• Fraudulent or unauthorized transaction.

To request a refund under these circumstances, you must email us within 7 days of the transaction at:

Include your full name, date of donation, amount, transaction reference number, and reason for the request.

2. Event Fees / Participation Charges

For paid events, workshops, competitions, or other activities organized by Projexel Foundation:

• Refunds are not guaranteed once a registration is confirmed and payment is received.

• However, a partial or full refund may be considered under the following cases:

  • Event cancellation or postponement by the Foundation.

  • Participant is unable to attend due to a valid medical or emergency reason (proof required).

  • Duplicate payment.

To apply for a refund, you must write to us within 5 working days from the date of payment or event, along with relevant proof and details.

3. Mode of Refund

• Approved refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used at the time of transaction.

• Refunds may take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account after approval.

4. Changes to This Policy

Projexel Foundation reserves the right to revise or update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
