Bharatiya Nritya Utsav (BNU) Festival
The Bhartiya Nritya Utsav (BNU) Festival was launched in 2019 as a unique initiative to promote Indian Classical Dances and Music. It stands as India’s only festival of its kind that brings together all dance styles — from classical, tribal, folk, and martial arts to western and oriental forms — onto a single, multi-city platform. The festival provides a prestigious stage for both professional and young talents in the fields of dance and music, fostering artistic exchange and appreciation across genres.
The BNU Festival, Season 2 (Agartala Chapter), was successfully held on 6th April 2025 at the Rabindra Shatabarshiki Bhawan in Agartala, showcasing vibrant performances and remarkable talents.
The 9th Edition of the BNU Festival is coming soon and will be held in Guwahati, promising to be an even grander celebration of cultural diversity and artistic excellence.
